Communication guidance only

Say It Right provides suggested interpretations and reply wording. It cannot know another person’s thoughts, identity, diagnosis, truthfulness, or intentions. Suggestions may be incomplete or wrong.

Live AI and offline fallback

Live AI is optional. Immediately before every live upload, the app identifies the selected message or screenshot, explains that OpenAI will process it, and asks for your permission. If you decline, cancel, lose connectivity, or live AI is unavailable, the app sends nothing and can use its on-device offline analyzer when message text is available. The app and Worker do not keep an account or request history. OpenAI may retain API content for abuse monitoring as described in the Privacy Policy.

Not professional advice

The app is not therapy, medical care, legal advice, crisis support, emergency assistance, or a substitute for a qualified professional.

Your responsibility

You decide whether to use, edit, send, or ignore a suggested reply. Consider the full context and potential consequences before communicating. Do not use the app to harass, threaten, deceive, exploit, impersonate, or violate another person’s privacy.

Safety

If you believe you or someone else may be in immediate danger, contact appropriate local emergency services. For controlling, threatening, stalking, or abusive behavior, seek help from a trusted person or qualified local support resource.

Private information

Do not enter passwords, banking details, government identification numbers, precise home addresses, or other information that is unnecessary for communication guidance. Crop identifying details from screenshots whenever possible.

Availability and changes

Features may change, be limited, or be discontinued. Offline responses are generated locally from basic rules. Live AI responses may be unavailable, incomplete, or incorrect.

Purchases

The prototype does not currently process subscriptions or purchases. Pricing, trial, renewal, cancellation, and refund terms will be added before any paid feature is offered.
